Haircuts, boxing, and dancing brought neighbors and friends together on Sept. 26 MacArthur and Seminary for Urban Peace Movement’s third annual “That’s Oakland, Baby!” Millsmont Seminary Block Party.
Between Seminary and 61st avenues, attendees could get a fresh cut, a massage, try acupuncture, or get their nails done.
Urban Peace Movement provided these photographs to Oakland Voices from the free, all-ages gathering.
