61st Ave. and Eastlawn Ave. Here is one of the many make shift memorials in East Oakland marking the spot of a homocide. The victim’s name was Luis Valasco he was struck and killed by a SUV following a street fight on June 16th, the memorial is still in tact 3 months later.
